Well, Happy Birthday to me.
Yes, today marks the day that I've been on God's green earth for 20 years now.
Hard to believe it, huh? Most people don't usually get to my age before they wind up killing themselves. I'm not saying that as a joke. I'm serious about that. Mostly because of all the personal strife they dealt with as children is why most people off themselves.
Yet, look at me. I've once again crossed another milestone since I graduated. But, there's still many more miles to go before I'm finally done running my long marathon called life.
Anyway, I spent most of today trying to rest when I got a call from one my teachers asking me where I am. I told her that I was home, trying to fend off a sinus infection. But being a trooper, I figured I'd give school the ol' college try for the rest of the day.
The rest of the day went quite well, despite I still feel a little under the weather.
Well, I guess I told you as much as I could. 'Cuz it's time for me to party like it's my birthday!
