~Beep~Beep~
"Shut that thing up..." she whispered. The girl sitting in the chair next to her stood up.
"Thank God you're ok!" she exclaimed. She went to hug the girl, but thought better of it. "The beeping...I can't stop it." she sat back down in her chair
"Why not?" she mumbled. Her eyes were still closed. "Well...you're in the hospital. That beeping is the heart monitor thing-a-majig..."she replied
"Oh great! that's all I need is to be surrounded by doctors, IVs, and the smell of anti-bacterial junk" she grumbled. "Oh get over it, they're the reason you're not dead right now" she chided. "No, the reason I'm alive is because I'm too weak to be a threat to him..." she reminisced on his last few words 'i'm capable of mercy' *yeah right* she thought. "Wake me up when lunch comes, will you Kay?"she asked "Sure Rose" she said. Rose soon fell back to sleep.
