this isnt my poem but i found it on quizilla.com. i abso LOVE IT!! its so sad and a tad dark.....which might b y i like it!! lol. anywho heres the poem;
The symptoms of insanity,
Completely taken over me.
These bleeding lies,
Before my eyes,
Have broken me apart.
And I suppose,
That no one knows,
How to mend my broken heart.
The symptoms of insanity,
Have cleared eyes and I can see.
I've loved and lost,
Despite the cost,
And now my heart is spent.
In every game,
It's all the same,
I always play the pawn.
The symptoms of insanity,
Have tainted my sweet vanity.
This listless grace,
That is my face,
My own grotesque reflection.
The mirror breaks,
And with it takes,
My feverous infection.
The symptoms of insanity,
A dark, bizarre profanity.
I grasped the knife,
And took his life,
For leaving me behind.
And in his eyes,
I saw the lies,
I hoped I'd never find.
The symptoms of insanity,
Affecting me incredibly.
When I'm alone,
All seems to hone,
On my misplaced perception.
That's when I saw,
My every flaw
And so I sought correction.
The symptoms of insanity,
Completely taken over me.
I raise the vial,
And end the trial,
By swallowing my end.
And as I fade,
I must persuade,
My broken heart to mend.
