The gnomes stole my hair!!!
I don't know how they did it, but the gnomes stole my hair. It is a little known fact that gnomes do not actually grow beards. When a gnome reaches the verge of adulthood he or she must go in search of hair for a beard. This search can take years, finding the exact colouring and thickness is not easy. When the gnome has the hair, he or she, goes to a gnome monestary, where they teach the sacred art of wiggery. Only after the gnome has compleated there 20 year training period are they allowed to make their beard. Once the gnome has a beard, only then are they considered to be an adult.
