History:She was born in Spain, but her parents moved to Belgium early in her life.
She then got elected to act as an exchange student in a private all-girl school when she was in high school.
She immediately jumped at the thought of travelling. So she went.
She arrived at the school a few days ago and she is setteling in and finding her away around town and the school.
Description: The picture doesn't give her justice. Her tail is alot fluffier and Really long. If she would be standing, her tail touches the ground with ease.

I'm always open for a roleplay. Just send me a beginning off a story and I'll continue.
But please be literate. I try to be as literate as possible, so I expect the same thing from my roleplay partners.
I might mistakes, but English is a second language for me, so I try not to make to many, I hope my roleplay partners understand this and try to be literate and to not make it harder for me to understand if you are typing as if you were in a chat room. For example: I <3 133t ppl.
I don't want that. I rather want you to take a little longer to type everything easier, so my respond time is quicker, because I won't be needing a translater 3nodding

Like instead of a neko, you want her to be a normal human. Or instead off her being 18, you can request for a younger or older character. It's all the same to me.
