Dakoon.
The ability to create, shift, mold and manipulate matter at the cost of mental suffering.
Though to creat it uses matter that I call Paradox Minerals. They are only useful to Dakoon and only exist when in use.
Rules of Dakooning:
Out right killing someone will destoy the brain.
It cannot create medicine, food, perishables, or anything needed to sustain life.
The more difficult the object or how rare affects the severity of pain.
