Outside snow is falling, but in my heart there is a silent rain of tears. All around me are happy couples in the freshly fallen snow, but I’m alone in my silent rain of tears. I see the snow falling all around me, I reach out to catch a snowflake in my hand but as it touches my skin it melts and adds to the silent rain of tears in my heart. Snow is all around me but yet it is out of reach. I try my hardest to catch a snowflake but in the end it all becomes a part of my silent rain of tears. Now and then I catch a snowflake and the silent rain of tears in my heart stops, but not for long. But when this happens it gives me hope that my silent rain of tears may end for good, someday. Until that time I shall have to live with this silent rain of tears that fills my heart.
