A word not spoken to those that hear it
Whispered in the ears of those trying to run away
Grabbing their trembling arms, pulling them closer to the cold breath that lingers around them
Harsh words stab their souls, drawing blood as it falls to the ground in silence
Crimson tears run down their faces as the whispers continue in their minds
Their hearts pounding through the open wound as they try to run again
The cold breath of the whispering blow again against their shaking bodies
Hearts pounding, tears of blood continue to fall as they stand, terrorized with fear
Bodies fall to the ground, their breathing fast and quick, afraid to reach out to the darkness
How can our minds be controlled by these whispers?
Haunting us, chilling us
Killing us
Whispering the words of death into us
Some follow into the darkness, their tears staining the ground below them as they fall into the dirt we kneel on
No one can stand to long against the chilling whispers
Their words digging deeper into our souls, blood dripping slowly from our lips
Our minds are slaves under their power
Nothing will let us free, unless the darkness reaches out and grabs us
Holding us against our will, until we are placed where we should be
Whispers tell us secrets
Whispers hold stories
Whispers make others smile
And whispers have our minds in their grip
Not letting us go until all blood has been cried out of us
Looking up, closing our eyes against them, we give into the darkness
Our souls ripped out from under the whispers hold
