Alaska is very pretty! Now I know why so many old people want to go there! The best thing about it was...pause for dramatic effect...the ocean! Believe it or not the ocean there doesn't smell! Yeah...Earth shattering info I know but coming from California where all sorts of ook is pouring into the sea at any given port, our ocean smells...whether its low tide stench or just open water there's a fishy like scent. Alaska,on the other hand or nose, doesn't smell at all! You could close your eyes and really not notice a difference whether on land or sea! Its the last frontier in the way that it hasn't been to spoiled by humans...well the Valdez spill excluded and even the sound where it happened is recovering well..just yet! And the ravens are really great to look at and hear!
