Moderator Applications
Wow... I've seen alot of people complain about the age thing and all... Its kind of ridiculous. The fact that they complain shows that they are not fit to be a moderator. A moderator is a job for someone who wants to help the site itself.If you don't become a moderator, you can trust that gaia surely has chosen people who they think are qualified and can perform their jobs better then others. Alot of complaints i saw were about maturity. Now... I am one to beleive that with age comes more maturity. Others though, say that just because someone is older doesnt mean they are more mature and age doesnt not equal maturity. I would have to say this is only half true. Would you honestly say that a six year old is more mature then an eighteen year old? That was just an example and i was proving a point by it. Normally older people are more wiser and mature, but thse things are not what makes you qualified to be a moderator. People who whine about this issue are probably not qualified to be a moderator. Its a harsh truth. I would love to see some new good moderators helping around the site and i hope we can all welcome them with open arms. (even though, their not new members. lol) Anywhos, because of this, i suddenly feel like reporting things that are out of place more then usual. lol.
