I'm not the greatest at translations but it is supposed to mean something along the lines of Sun's collapse.
Deugaro gathers his energy into his talon while providing and undercurrent energy flow of elemental fire which, with the crescent curve of his hand, allows the two volitile energies to mix and equalize.
Creating an energy/fire grenade.
As soon as the sphere is finished, Deugaro whips it at his enemy and the first stage is released, a non harmful force field that encompases the enemy for three feet every way. Second stage, the fire element is activated and fills the force field with white hot fire.
The third and final stage boosts the fire output 10,000 fold while shrinking the field.
... Boom.
The flames scatter like hellish shrapnel, not losing any of their momentum when they collide with an object, instead passing right through even water cannot stop these...
