People insist on judging others based merely on what they, or their avatars look like. Those that do are not worth the time of day, and are quite pittiful. The person that coined the phrase, "Beauty is skin deep" is a genious. A person can be gorgeous on the outside, but have a horrible personality. Likewise, a person can be totally hideous on the outside, but have the most beautiful personality. It doesn't matter what the person looks like, it's what they are on the inside that counts. It's true that some can be gorgeous and have a wonderful personality, and that some can be ugly and have a bad personality, but that is all the more reason to look at the personality first, rather than their appearance.
For those of you who judge others based on their physical appearance, the appearance of their avatar, their screen name, their signature, or their profile, I pitty you. You see something you don't like and move on, without taking a look at the person inside. You could miss out on having a wonderful friend. Those that look for relationships merely based on how "cute", "sexy", or "handsome" someone is do not have lasting relationships, and are often hurt.
For those of you who go beyond the looks, I commend you. You will have wonderful friends, lasting relationships, and a more fulfilled life. You know that, true, sometimes having someone cute is a plus, but it's not the looks that matter. You know that what truly matters is the persons personality, what they are like inside. Sure, some of you don't have the most attractive person in the world, but in your eyes they outshine the stars themselves, merely from their personality. Or, even if you do have Miss America as your girlfriend, or the most handsome guy ever for your boyfriend, you know still that their personality matters more than their looks. I don't doubt you make good, strong friends that will stay by you, and can get someone you can spend the rest of your life with. My hat is off to you.
For those reading this and are upset by it, you don't have to read it again.

For those who have never read something like this before, and perhaps are confused about what matters most, I pray you figure out the right answer soon, and hope that I have somehow helped.
