I looked up at Blade. his body was fresh with battle scars.
This is the Blade which hasn't seen me for two years? I never thought we would meet like this. Oh well, My job is my job.
I stood up and took off my long, black gunner robes and stood in a defensive position, left leg in front of right, left hand rotating around the sheathed sword, preparing to take it out when necessary.
"Get ready, Adam, cause I'm not going to go easy on you." Blade took off his coat as well, but just stood there, right hand in pocket, left hand relaxing on the sword.
"Scratarada Kinshu one: Dragon Bite." Scratarada Kinshu? oh no, he couldn't have mastered the...
Blade jumped up, unsheathed his sword, andslashed my left hand before I could unsheath my own sword. His blade was coming from every direction. After he slashed me twenty times, he jumped back, giving me a moment to unsheath my sword. He just grinned.
"Scratarada Kinshu two: Dragon Swipe." Blade sheathed his sword and attempted to go for me again. I brought my sword down on him, but he grabbed it, kicked me away while he held the sword, and tossed it.
His kick made me go through the window of a place called 'The Burn's liquor'.
there were cuts and scrapes on me already, and all Blade had on him was only a cut on the hand which he used to grab the sword. There were all sorts of merchandise scattered all over the place. Blade came through the broken window, grabbed me by my collar, and threw me outside. As I rolled on the landing, I thought Yup, that's Blade.
When I noticed that my sword was just a yard away from me, I began to crawl for it, but when I was only four inches away from the hilt, Blade stepped on my hand and began crushing it. "Aaaaaahk!" I yelled, trying to make the pain go away.
Blade laughed and said, "Where is the vampire I seek inside of you? Where is it!?"
I thought all hope was lost. I began to quiet down, knowing that there was only one way. I had to release the inner beast which I had feared for two years. I began to hear voices echoing inside of me, begging to come out. Blade raised his foot off of my hand and handed me the sword, but I didn't grab it until I got off the ground, fangs beginning to grow out of my mouth. Blade looked at what was happening and put his left hand on his sword, prepared for any tricky moves which I could possibly do.
I looked up to the moon with red eyes bloodier than before, aching for a battle.
After a few seconds, I grabbed the sword with a weakened left hand, which had healed unpredictably fast, and looked up at Blade.
"Are you ready?"
"Actually, I could have killed you three times while you were slacking off." Mye eyes grew big, and the vampire quickly returned inside of me, which managed to heal my wounds, but do nothing else. he took a piece of paper with some words on it and gave it to me.
"Adam, here's my address. Starting now, I'll be meeting you every so often to train you and your little friend. Got that?"
He grabbed his coat and put it on. "It's a shame I didn't show you the final Scratarada Kinshu move. Bye-bye for now."
He disappeared, leaving the circle as was, with the broken window and all.
I limped back to the base, knowing that Taroia would humiliate me again like he did when I failed to catch a renegade group of seven vampires. As I entered the building, Taroia quickly appeared and shot me in the arm with a crossbow. The pain was immeasurable, but these days, I was feeling a lot of pain. When I landed on the ground, I quickly took out the bolt, broke it in two, and whispered, "I'll get you for that."

The next evening, I woke up and checked on the girl which, thankfully, was still at the bench. Her friend looked worried about what was on her hand, but I bet she'd get over it.
I followed her all the way to her house, which seemed to be occupied. I watched as she went in. It was pretty quiet for a minute, when I heard A big commotion.
"YOU NEVER CARED ABOUT ME!!!!! I HATE YOU!!! YOU ALWAYS LOVED MY FRIEND MORE THAN YOU DID ME!!!!!! I HATE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Damn, the girl was so loud, I almost fell off of the roof of a building. She quickly reappeared jumping out from her own window with a bag full of items. I chuckled to myself as I began to watch her run away. Eventually, she was so tiredthat she couldn't go another step. That's when a new guy appeared with an umbrella.
He seemed to know her, began talking a little to her, and then said this one sentence which I couldn't avoid hearing.
"Hey, Miyoku, I have an apartment with a guest room, If you need a place to sleep in." before the vampire girl had the chance to say no, Ryu grabbed her bag and took her to his house. Watching them enter a building, I found a tree which was perfect to stand on. During the middle of the day, I heard that he was going to find a book called 'Mythical creatures: Weaknesses and strengths : volume 3'.
I already read the first two volumes, like Taroia did, but I couldn't go in there for private reasons. I wrote the name of the book, and also wrote down that his next destination would be the library. I made the bracelet turn red hot to bring her up the stairs. Apparently, I was getting on her nerves.
"The hell do you want, vampire slayer."
"Once again, the name's Adam, now start calling me by that name. Anyway, here's your first mission." She read the note, put it in her pocket, and answered, "The library?"

(To be continued... I'm REAAAAAALLLLY SORRY that I didn't type for about two weeks. I was busy doing crazy stuff. Now that I finally typed in the new chapter, it's back to Rps for me! [until tomorrow].)
