It seems that you are overwhelmed with many things at once right now. try to take a moment for for yourself to think and above all relax a bit. If things start to get out of hand to much you might lose sight of the important things in your life.. leading you to get very stressed, which is never a good thing..
As for your girlfriend maybe if you opened up and speak to her or better write her a letter letting her know how stressed you are right now and how you feel .. maybe she can help or at least you'll have someone to hold you. Sometimes thats all we need is knowing someone is there with us and for us.

yes he does have freinds and i for one will always be around to help him, granted i dont live close enough to walk to his house and check on him but theres always gaia and theres always email if he wanted to email me ...

you will always have us on gaia ben and dont ever forget that...
i like for how the way you treat me and i dont have any problems with what you do in your own personal time cause to me that doesnt matter in a freindship! just relax and if it helps write down your feelings and thoughts in a little notebook.....thats how i handle my depression most of the time and i feel that it has helped me to relax and forget about what was bothering me
