My daily life, and the events therein. Open at your own risk, for my life is boring.
"Dimensional Diversion" - Ch. 4, 1337 l-l4xx0rz
A swirling portal leading from another world opened next to a large fountain. Suddenly, the heroes were launched from the portal one by one. Not expecting such an entry, they all landed facedown in the grass. Thad pulled himself up and spit a clump of grass from his mouth before surveying his surroundings.

He was standing in a semi-grassy plain, next to the previously aforementioned fountain. Oddly dressed people were everywhere. Most of them were standing around, discussing various topics, but a few were chasing each other around the area. Some houses could be seen in the distance, and a silhouette of a walled town loomed on the horizon.

While Thad looked around, Skai caught the attention of a passing stranger wearing a shirt and pants decorated with blue flames. “Excuse me, sir, where am I?”

“ROFL!” the stranger said rather loudly before running off.

“Well, I guess that settles it,” Mizurai said as she took a seat on the wall of the fountain, “We’ve arrived in the world of Roffle. What an odd name…?”

“Perhaps we should ask someone else,” Kaze suggested while dusting himself off.

“Good idea,” Thad agreed. He walked up to someone who was covered in all manner of weapons, flames, cloaks, and small critters. Thad could hardly see his face. “Hey, do you know where we are?”

“You’re in Gaia, noob…”

“Would you mind explaining what this place-“

“Yes, I would mind. Now @#%& off.”

“Alright, alright…” Thad backed away and walked back to his group. “Man, what a jerk…”

“So, we’re in Gaia, huh?” Kaze said to Thad as he returned, “I knew this place wasn’t called Roffle.”

Thad tried to contain his surprise. “Wait a minute…I was just about to tell you that. How did you…?”

Mizurai held up a small black panel. She smiled as Thad’s words appeared on the panel. “This, my friend, is called a chat history. It records all spoken conversation within the immediate area. I found it on the ground over there.” Mizurai compressed it between her hands upon finishing the explanation, making it disappear into thin air.

“Impressive…”

“So what do we do now?” Skai asked, already getting bored.

“We should get out of here,” Thad said, picking up his fan, “I don’t like this place.” Before anyone could object, Thad slashed at the air.

Nothing happened.

He tried again.

Not even a distant scream.

Thad threw his weapon down in frustration. Before he could stomp on it, a random passerby noticed their strange clothes and said, “Hey, sweet threads! Did you guys get the new monthly collectible early, or something?”

Before any of them could answer, the Gaian’s traveling partner said, “No f00!!!11! They 1337 l-l4xx0rz!!1

Thad scratched his head. “We’re what?”

“He says you’re hackers,” The more literate Gaian explained, “You know, come to think of it, that entrance you guys made was pretty odd, as well. And I’ve never even seen those weapons before…”

While the Gaian was still talking, Kaze whispered to Mizurai, “They’re onto us! We attract too much attention. Let’s get out of here before a crowd gathers.”

Mizurai nodded and fixed her gaze on a point above and behind the two Gaians. Her eyes slowly widened, making her expression that of pure terror. She pointed a shaking finger at the point she was gazing at, and finally yelled, “Oh my God! What’s that behind you?!”

Needless to say, the two Gaians looked behind them. Taking advantage of the distraction, Mizurai created a thick cloud of mist to hide their escape (aided by Kaze) from any other watching eyes.

It's a little wierd how Mizurai is so calm about finding this strange chat history without being kinda shocked, but that's somewhat unavoidable. Otherwise it was good, you have your special little sense of humor which is quite funny sometimes xD

But wouldn't they be able to see what the Gaians were saying? That part is iffy
Otherwise I thought it was good, and I wonder where they'll go next... =p
