Bio: Since rain seems to follow him everywhere he may go he carries an umbrella where ever he goes that also conceals his blade within it. He is a MIBE Captain and takes pride in it to. He is always sent out in the front lines to protect the Mist Village as he is also the Chief Medical Ninja of Kirigakure. Despite the fact he is faithful to the Mizukage he doesnt always follow all of the rules and constantly get himself into trouble. He is a pretty laid back guy and cant stand large noisy groups. No one seems to understand why he always wheres that mask.
Jutsus:
Mizu Boushin no Jutsu --- Water Clone Jutsu: Creates clones composed of water. When hit, it automatically dissolves and returns back into shapeless water. This one is capable of attacking. The clone has 1/10 of the power of the original. It can only be controlled while still in a certain radius of the user.
Suirou no Jutsu --- Water Prison Jutsu: Creates a large sphere of water, that holds the opponent inside it. The prison is difficult to escape, yet, the drawback is that the user must keep contact with the sphere to keep the prison working.
Suiton, Suijinheki Jutsu --- Water Style: Water Wall Jutsu: A water barrier is created by spitting water from the mouth. A defence to protect the user from an offensive attack.
Suiton Daibakufu no Jutsu --- Water Style: Explosion Jutsu: Sends a large spinning pillar of water towards the opponent. Can only be performed when near a moderately large water source, and uses a large amount of chakra. It's a devastating jutsu.
Suiton, Suiryuudan no Jutsu --- Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu: Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards the user's opponent for a powerful attack. This jutsu can only be performed when near a large amount of water.
Suiton, Suishouha no Jutsu --- Water Style: Water Wave Jutsu: A jutsu which creates water out of no where and then thrases it all over the place drowning the opponent and slamming them into solid surfaces. The attack requires a high ammount of chakra to be performed.
Shinkouteki Hyoushi --- Spiritual Binding: Using the beads he carries around combined with his chackra he uses them to bind his enemy. It takes a tremendous amount of chackra to break free from them. They cannot be broken by any physical force.
Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique: This jutsu uses a part of the patient's body (such as their hair) as a medium to heal their wounds. It requires an almost room-wide seal and a great deal of time to complete. The medic-nin on hand actually have to trade places after tiring, indicating just how long it takes.
Taishita Karada Tensuu Souran --- Important Body Points Disturbance: By converting a small amount of chakra into electricity and hitting their opponent's brain stem, the user can disrupt the regular flow of electrical signals from the target's brain to other parts of the target's body. For example, if the target tried to move their right arm, their left leg would move instead.
Mahou Shushou Jutsu --- Mystical Palm Jutsu: This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.
Doku Tekishutsu Jutsu --- Poison Extraction Jutsu: This ornate jutsu uses chakra to literally pull foreign materials from someone's body, no doubt requiring precise control on the user's part to avoid causing further internal injuries to their patient.
