Flashback…
“How would you know it ended that way?”
He asked his friend currently on the opposite end of the seesaw. She was half in the air and he was half squatting.
“How do I know?” she echoed his question staring at him at the corner of her eye.
“Well, a fairy tale always start with a once upon a time. Then, it ends with a happily ever after. It’s always the case. It is always set that way.” She pronounced at him as she blinked.
His eyes tuned out the other way. There eyes would not meet. “Boring, and I don’t believe in fairy tales especially the ones with happily ever after.” He smirked at his comment.
“Oh, well I happen to like fairy tales.” She defended her words as her eyes saddened.
He saw the expression on her face; he couldn’t help but comment “Anyway, girls are always weird so I guess fairy tales are fine for you” he gave her a half-timid smile. He was always teasing and taunting her. Probably, that’s the way their friendship worked. She giggled at his comment.
“No we’re not, boys are much weirder.”

Gaia was down for two hours from 2pm to 4pm, PST due to an outage of our service provider.
Rain had poured for the first time in months in San Jose, causing lots of floods around the cities, blocking roads and freeways. On top of that, many places face power outages, and many internet services went down, including Gaia Online!
We have installed a back-up service recently, though still need a few more pieces to complete the system. Once it's functional, no longer will one single outage bring our site down. Hope this will be the last time for outages in Gaian history. crying
