Understanding the really confusing FLCL, the anime named Fooly Cooly or Furi Kuri.
Its really confusing that i may take a while to type.
First off FLCL Is a random sayne its means almost NOTHING its just random put into the anime. People would think it intwines everything but it doesnt... but if it does ill tell yah.
The first episode is about Haruko Human alien of the Space patrol officer, after the powerfull Atomisk. He has so much N.O. (the ability to create a warp portal from any where in light years.) Haruko is in love with him so she wants his powers. When Haruko's bracelet (its actually hand cuffs from when they where both in custody in the space brigade.) flickers its the sign that Atomisk is near. ((ill add more later...))
