Like any day I'd see you
like any other person would
But when I'm close to you its true
I'd try to say what i could
But to me its all mumbling
You understand like your a sitting dove
I was trembling
Because was in love

I needed something to see that its true
I'd want to look and see
at things that you would do
For me.
A teddy bear, so charming but not enough
A hug, that's a treat but sorry no
A lovely kiss, that was tough
but as sweet as cookie dough
but why do I see you with that girl?

For many years
But I've fallen for you too
You wouldnt think of me as one of your dears
You would think of me as a best friend
People see that we give each other hapiness
People see that we could mend
each other's sadness
Without even talking
Which gets me thinking
Sometimes I dont even bother
Right now I'm wondering
Are we meant for each other?

The moon shines down every night
Its the same as me
I think about you every shining light
So you see
