the night i love or the sun i know....
how does one choose?
in the night i can be me,
in the day i must hide my nature....
i like being in the sun,
but i would give it up for the night.
in the night i am me,
i feel safe,
it is my time of peace.....
and i would give anything to keep it...
but the sun must rise,
and i put my mask on again,
to act like everyone else...
it is torture...
to pretend to care about stupid trivial things...
pointless and sad,
while they talk i die inside...
knowing i will never be like them,
so care free and unknowing....
i cant and never will be,
its my curse and my honor...
so to the night i belong,
forever and always.....
this is just me.... plain and simple, this is how i feel about life and my truest thoughts... the misunderstood dark hours are my time, thats the way i like it......
