As often as I see this, I just can't understand what is so hard to understand about the fact that people spend money on Gaia for the same reason that people buy video games and consoles, movie/sporting event/concert tickets, a 20th pair of shoes, fancy dinners at restaurants, or any of the other crap people don't need to live.
It's like some people think the entertainment money doesn't exist, or if you don't spend your spare cash on the s**t they like you must be crazy.
Everyone has different levels of income, so $100 doesn't mean that much to some people. More then that doesn't mean much to some. Just because an amount seems like a lot to one person does not mean its a lot to everyone.
I just don't think these are difficult concepts to grasp. xd
