Akatsuki: A New Dawn 2
This is the next part ^_____^

“Where’d Kira go?” Deidara said frantically.
“You really shouldn’t have gotten her angry…” mocked Sasori.
“Don’t tell me you lost her.” Ketsueki Okami said as her hair gradually turned white.
Deidara looked away uneasily and Sasori just averted his attention.
“You two bakas!” Ketsueki Okami said furiously. “How do you lose a girl that’s thirteen-years-old?!”
Deidara crouched to the ground and started to draw in the dirt.
“And what the Hell are you doing?” Ketsueki Okami asked. “You guys said we were going to go, so let’s!”
Deidara managed to let out a mumble. “Urusai.”
“I’m sorry, but would you please repeat that?” Ketsueki Okami said sarcastically.
“Shut the ******** up, Ketsueki.” Deidara said as he got up.
“Ha! Someone’s finally got some guts.” Ketsueki Okami laughed.
Clenching his fists, Deidara spoke calmly. “I’m just… trying to be nice.”
“You obviously suck at it.” Ketsueki Okami retorted. “Literally.”
“Hey guys!” a cheery and high-pitched voice came through some bushes near by.
“Kira.” Sasori said as he looked to the direction of the voice.
“I found this thing!” Kira called out as she navigated through the brush.
“Nani?” Ketsueki Okami asked, hoping for something valuable.
Kira finally burst out, dragging someone along behind her.
“Kira,” Sasori demanded. “Put him down.”
“But look at him!” Kira whined.
“Let go.” ordered Sasori.
Kira released her grasp on the young man’s shirt, and he hit the ground.
“What the…” the man muttered as he got up.
“Crap.” Kira mumbled as she scurried behind Deidara.
Everyone looked at the man.
His eyes were a deep, dark blue; hair a rough, chestnut brown; and skin slightly tan from being outside for so long.
“Dei-kun…” Kira whimpered softly.
“Shh.” Deidara placed a finger over his mouth.
“Who are you?” Sasori demanded.
“What do you mean, ‘Who are you’?” the man’s eyes brows furrowed. “I should really be asking you that question.”
“Oh, God. Another smartass.” Ketsueki Okami grunted.
“Smartass?” the man repeated. “Look at who’s making the rude remarks.”
“I already am, you baka.” Ketsueki Okami crossed her arms. She was immensely bored.
“Uh-huh. That’s just great. Now move along, kid.” the young man said as he got up to his feet, brushing the dirt off of his clothes.
“KID?” Ketsueki Okami’s eyebrow twitched. ‘Hell no, you yaro!’
“Yeah, KID.” the man smirked from amusement. “I mean, look at you! You’re a shrimp!”
“The Hell?!” Ketsueki Okami was at her limit. “YOU look MY AGE!”
The young man held his stomach as he muffled a laugh. “I’m older than you. Really, I am.”
“I’m seventeen!” Ketsueki Okami took a step forward as she clenched her fists into balls. “You’re AT LEAST eighteen!”
“Wow,” the young man merely chuckled. “You’re kind of off target, girl.”
“What are you talking about?”
“I’m twenty-two,”
“Nani yo?!” Ketsueki Okami screeched.
Sasori finally stepped into the scene. “Urusai, both of you.”
The two that were in the “heated discussion” glared at him. “Stay out of this!” they yelled.
Deidara sighed. “If you two don’t quiet down, villagers might come and-“
“Voices!” a deep tone was heard in the short distance.
“I heard them coming from that cursed girl’s house!”
“Oh, not them again!” Ketsueki Okami groaned.
Kira’s smile wavered. “Maybe we can talk to them…”
“We have to leave…” Sasori said stoically. “Now.”

A young man with short-spiked black hair; hazelnut brown eyes; and sun-kissed skin; groaned as he woke from his slumber.
“Satoshi?” he called out. “Where the Hell are you?”
He stumbled to his feet and stretched as he stifled a yawn.
‘Kuso… I’m hungry.’ he thought.
He followed the sound of angered voices. Why would there be shouting people at the crack of dawn? ‘Satoshi didn’t get into any trouble this time, right?’

A little girl stood in the middle of a town square, wondering what the people around her were whispering about.
"She's that girl."
"You mean she’s the girl everyone’s talking about?"
"Yeah, we shouldn't hang near her."
"Yeah, let’s go before she notices us."
"Yeah."
"That freak should be locked away."
"She shouldn't be left alone but I don't want to go near her… don't you remember what happened to that little boy?"
"Yeah but we shouldn't be talking about her. Remember what the Mayor said?"
"Yeah, Yeah. Let’s go."

"Ketsueki? Daijobou desu ka?" Kira asked.
Ketsueki Okami snapped out of it, returning to the present. "Yeah I was just in a daze. Let’s go."
"Satoshi! What’re you doing here? And why the heck is there an angry mob in the town square?"
Everyone looked in the direction the unfamiliar voice came from.
“Bakatora!” Satoshi’s expression lightened up. “I wondered when you were going to show up.”
“You should know better,” Bakatora grinned.
“That’s right,” Satoshi playfully punched him in the shoulder. “I’m the smart one.”
The two laughed as though nothing were going on.
“Urusai,” Sasori said bitterly. “They might come for us soon. We should leave town at once.”
“Sasori-sama is right…” Kira sighed softly.
“Deidara. Ketsueki. Let’s go.” Sasori commanded.
“Hmph.” Ketsueki picked up her suitcase once again and started walking off, following Sasori.”
“Dei-kun…” Kira mumbled into his ear.
“Wait…” Deidara glanced at Satoshi and Bakatora again. “You two any good? Do you have any… talents?”
“Talents?” Satoshi repeated. “I could beat down your a** in a second. How’s that?”
“…” Deidara clenched his fists.
“Dei-kun… calm down.” Kira patted his back gently. “If you’re as tough as you say, maybe you should come along. You know, before the townspeople chase us out?”
Bakatora and Satoshi shifted their eyes to each other and nodded.
Satoshi finally replied, “This might be a good opportunity for us.”

The sun was hidden beneath the murky skies; cold winds gust around them.
“It’s going to rain again…” Kira whined.
Ketsueki held her luggage in one hand and a tangerine-colored umbrella in the other.
“Satoshi… what’re we going to do this time?” Bakatora asked quietly.
“I don’t know… but as long as we have a nice bed and somewhere warm to sleep, I don’t give a crap.”
Sasori was a little ahead of the group, silently showing them the way back to the base. He was waiting for a chance to kill the extra two for puppet usage. He didn’t want to traumatize Kira any more than she already was.
“Deidara!” Kira’s shoulders slumped. She was tired of the damned weather.
“Kira, please be quiet.” He answered back coolly. He couldn’t make him liking her obvious to other people. That’d be suicide.
“B-but Deidara!” Kira begged for him to share his cloak again. She crossed her arms and clutched her shoulders tightly.
The air became cooler as water drizzled from the sky above.
Kira’s teeth clattered. “Y-y-you g-guys suck-k!”
Deidara felt absolutely dreadful. He didn’t want to leave his love out there in the cold rain. Right before he was about to look away from his soaked lover, the rain came down harder.
‘Kuso…’ Deidara cursed at himself inside his head, over and over again…

Kisame, Itachi, and Konan head towards a cold and snowy area, not to far from the base.
Snowflakes glided heavily toward the ground.
"Kuso, Kisame! You never told us it was going to be this cold!" Konan complained while rubbing her arms.
"Well you never asked!" Kisame said.
Itachi shook his head, 'Bakas.'.
The shivering group arrived at a small wooden hut, and smoke was rising from the chimney.
"Well this is it." Kisame said.
"It better be, Kisame."
Kisame knocked on the red oak door, the knock was in a tune. The door opened and a girl answered the door.
"Sensei! What brings you here? And who are your friends?"
"We need to have a word with you."
"Please, come in."
The door opened wider and the group sat on the floor near the fire.
"I'll make you all some tea."
The blond girl made her way towards the kitchen.
"Not now Sukiko, it’s a very important matter."
Sukiko made her way towards the empty floor space near the fire, and kneel down.
"As you know, I'm a member of the Akatsuki,” Kisame began. “Lately, our organization has been in need of new members and our leader, Pein, has found out about your Hyoton. He wants you in our organization." He let out a sigh.
"I accept."
Sukiko stood and started to pack clothes and other stuff into a suitcase.
"Good. Now please hurry… we don't have much time. I sensed a heavy storm on its way." Konan said while getting up.
The suitcase lock clicked. Sukiko held a small picture, and then gently stuffed it in her pocket. Two girls and a boy.
'I'm on my way, Toji. I'm on my way to avenge you.' Sukiko thought.
"I'm ready." She said with a small sigh.
Itachi put out the fire, and they all walked out the house and headed toward the base.

As the rain died down, Deidara kicked himself in his thoughts and promised himself that he'd make it up to Kira when they got back.
"We're here." Sasori said while glancing at the group, making sure chaos hasn't rained upon them too.
The new recruit, Ketsueki Okami, was back to her ‘good’ personality.
Deidara and Kira looked like they were just coming back from a funeral and the two other guys were discussing what they could do.
"Let’s hurry up and get inside… a snow storm is coming." Ketsueki Okami said while looking up at the sky, noticing the gray clouds over head. Everyone walked through the base’s secret entrance.

Kisame, Itachi, Konan and the new recruit, Sukiko, were yards away from the base when Konan made a paper butterfly to scout the area.
Sukiko stared in amazement. "Wow, is that your ability, Konan-sempai?"
"Yes, I used this little one to scout out the area for any ANBU or any other shinobi out to get us. And there seems to be no one here."
"Good. Now let’s go in,” Itachi finally spoke. “It’s getting cold.”

Kira was pretty steamed (or frozen over). “You guys do whatever the Hell you want! I’m going to take a nice long shower!!”
She then stomped away in fury.
Deidara sighed and slumped over. “Kuso…”
Sasori and Deidara led the other three to the end of the hall. Sasori then knocked on the door.
There was a shuffling of papers until they had a reply. “Come in.”
The five of them walked through the fine oak doors, and into a dim room. Pein sat at his desk in the shadows.
“Please, sit down,” he ordered.
The three ‘guests’ sat in the available chairs, while the two members stood by the entrance.
“Deidara,” Pein said blankly. “You can leave.”
Deidara bowed and silently left the room.
Pein observed the two other men. They were young, and seemed a bit odd looking- but that didn’t matter. Zetsu said one of them was powerful, and that he might be a nice addition to the group. The young man sitting to the left was obviously the one Zetsu was talking about.
“What’s your name?” Pein demanded, his eyes shifting to him.
“I’m Satoshi Ansatsusha. The one next to me is Bakatora.”
“What are you two doing here today?”
“Eh, I was sleeping until someone dragged me over to him, her, and the girly blonde. And then a mob chased us, we lost them, and came here.”
Pein glared at Sasori a bit. “You… let them follow?”
“Chigau. We… brought them here.”
“Sou desu ka?”
“Hai, sou desu.”
“Ansatsusha-san, I hear you have quite a technique.” Pein paused. “Would you like to join us?”
“Let me discuss this with my college.”

“KUSO!” Deidara spat as he plopped down on the couch. “That wasn’t supposed to happen, un!”
“What wasn’t supposed to happen?”
“Un?” Deidara looked to his right. “Hidan, why the ******** would you give a s**t?”
“I don’t.”
“THEN DON’T ******** ASK!”

Keep checking in on it <33
