Ok, so yesterday Trent, Dan and I went to a karate tournament in Toronto *squee* oh and Rob was there cause he was driving. Anywhom, the JCCC building is beautiful; hardwoods floors, pretty walls, odd sliding doors, pocky in the vending machine.. Rob was the only one actually competing and his age and rank group wasn't until the afternoon (we were there sometime before 10) It was interesting to watch all the little kids doing their katas, especially the two youngest girls; they were so little and so adorable ^^ Watching gets kinda boring after a while so there were practice dojos that we hung out in while Dan practiced his sai kata (which he sadly did not end up getting to do). There was a silent auction going on that ended at 3 where I bid on some stuff. I got my pretty candle things but lost the shiny bookmark.. oh well, stupid blond, pink-wearing chick hovering over the sheet to bid on it at the last second.. T-T And there were muffins!! Not just any muffins.. AMAZING MUFFINS!! I would go back just for the muffins! I'd kill you for a muffin! That's how good they were ^^ Gots a pretty Shito-Ryu shirt and a pin for my belt level. Um.. Rob did his kata thingy (I can't remember what it was but I'll just say it's a kata thingy for now). He apparently messed it up or something but Trent, Dan, and I weren't watching him so iunno. I have a video of Rob sparring ^^ He didn't place or win but it was still cool-ish. Actually I was talking to Rob (when I was mad at people for a bit) and he's not that bad or at least I don't mind him. Um.. the black belts are vicious when sparring. We stayed till the end and then went to some Chinese restaurant for dinner. The food there was interesting but they had good tea; yes, love the tea! But people were unhappy at dinner and it was probably 'cause of Rob.. so I kicked him and spit in his Sprite when he was in the bathroom. Be proud of me. Ok, so we leave the place of food, go onto the highway, and head for Vaughan Mills! Ditched Rob in there somewhere, was creeped out by dead stuffed animals, got there about when everything was closing, and um found Rob again I guess. People no like my boots.. they look whorish.. which is true I must admit and I'd probably never get them anyways but whatever; they're shiny and black and thigh-high. Couldn't find the gothic store after walking through the whole damn closed place. Left mall to find that Rob forgot to unlock the backseat of the car. See, the key only works to unlock the trunk so you'd go through the trunk to unlock the doors but he didn't unlock the seat in the back so we could push it open and get in. They tried to kick the seat in from the trunk but it only moved a bit. Michie the Hero squeezed her arm through and unlock the seat and unlocked doors (I'm so cool). Now I just need a hero cape ^^ Dunno what happened then, we went home and I was sleeping. The loverly Dan makes a good pillow and carried my candle thing to the door so I could stumble off to sleep. I want to go again. Now. I had so much fun!!
