After the lullaby, I began having a very real feeling dream.
Angel and Skold appeared to be overjoyed at my arrival to a room that looked like a conference room.
"Well, there they are." Angel and Skold said in unison. I looked to my side and there was JP, in clothing she considered relaxing. About the same as my muscle shirt and denim shorts deal. "Yo, Skold? What the hell is going on here?" JP seconded my rather freaked out remark. "You both met for a reason, I'm sure you both know by now what that reason is." Skold said to us. "We all are here to save the Hybrid and Human realms from the evil monster known as Carnaso. That is the main reason we are holding this meeting." Angel said to us. "You both need to work together and destroy Carnaso, not only that, but you must motivate the broken and beaten to fight back even harder. You two are the only ones who can destroy Carnaso." "Why us?" JP and I returned simultaneously. "You are the only two who have our power." Angel said. "And only our power can stop Carnaso." Skold finished. "You must destroy him, or else he will destroy your worlds, leaving them in a pit of oblivion." They said together. "You both have a massive journey ahead of you, but you will make it. Carnaso will surely fall under your combined might." "Our combined power is always growing, all thanks to the motivation of the people that we stand for, the Human and Hybrid realms are in danger. And you carry all that strength squarely upon your four shoulders you two." Skold said to us in a supporting tone. "We will fight, and we will remember that we are not just Angel and Skold, we are Earth, and we are Cratos. We will destroy Carnaso. With the might of our two realms combined!" I said along with JP.
"Very well then. Now, get out there and be all that you can be!" They said in unison once more.
I woke up, staring directly into JP's icy blue eyes. Realizing all the while, that we had the same dream.
