Anger.
The pain of a conscious is still excruciating but I use my anger for that dragon to overcome it. The dragon told me the conscious I now have is actually a much stronger one then people usually have and the deeds that I have done in my past does not help either. From what I gather that orb the dragon jammed into my body is highly prized among the dragons. It is very powerful and very dangerous. That is why this dragon had it with him to keep it out of untrustworthy hands.
Like he’s not untrustworthy!
