Later, after Yurugi had turned 12 he was going to the Chuunin Exams, which were being held in the Village Hidden in The Clouds.
He was walking to the Cloud Village with Hoshimaru. "Hey, Hoshi-Nee?", Yurugi said to Hoshimaru, "I've heard stories about Sanmaru, haveing a Sister, Yonmaru. Is that true.", Yurugi asked curiously.
"I dunno," Hoshimaru answered, "I've heard those same stories.".
"Oh well, lets just hurry up and get to the cloud Village.", Yurugi said as he kept walking to the cloud village.
They finally arrive at the Cloud Village. "Next time," Yurugi started, "Lets hitch a ride. I'm wiped." Yurugi told Hoshimaru,
"I agree.", said Hoshimaru.
Yurugi was looking around some of the shops, and he had seen this girl, she had blonde hair, Yurugi walks up to her, "Are you from around here?", He asked her.
"Hmm?" she said turning around "Yeah, i was raised here in the cloud village." She replied.
Yurugi looked at her eyes, "Your eyes make you look like a Hyuuga.", Yurugi stated.
She just looked at him "Yeah, not only do I look like a Hyuuga, but...", She did a handsign, and Byakugan appeared "I have byakugan.".
Yurugi surprised, look at her, "Thats cool. But I have sharingan.", Yurugi Showed her, "Pretty cool huh?" Yurugi said trying to impress her.
"So your from Suna.", She asked him. "What...How did you know that?", Yurugi said with a befuddled look about him.
"Your head Protector.", She replied pointing to his forehead.
"Oh, right, he he... sweatdrop " Yurugi said a little embarrased, "Oh by the way my name is Yurugi.", he said introducing himself.
"I'm Iyasu.", The girl stated.
"Iyasu huh? I'll remmeber that." Yurugi said. "Are you here for the Chuunin Exams?" Iyasu asked. "Yep. Are you gonna be in it?", Yurugi asked.

"I see you found a friend, Yurugi.", Hoshimaru said walking in to the shop.
"Oh, hi Hoshi-Nee.", Yurugi greeted, "This is my mentor and best friend, Hoshimaru.", Yurugi introduced him, "And this is--".
"My name is Iyasu." Iyasu said cutting him off. "Are you gonna be in the exams helping Yurugi-kun." Iyasu asked Hoshimaru.
"No", he replied, "Sadly I'm not...".
"Well I gotta go," Iyasu said, "See ya Yurugi-kun, Hoshimaru-Nee.".
"Yeah, see ya, Iyasu-chan." Yurugi replied.
"She kinda cute, eh Yurugi?".
"Don't even go there Hoshi-Nee".
