This is the second Will Smith movie that I've seen that I never want to see again.
I Am Legend is about a man who thinks (or perhaps knows) that he's the last man alive on the planet. A deadly virus (ironically meant to save human kind from cancer) kills most people and turns others into "dark seekers". Robert Neville lives in the remnants of New York City. Him and his dog, Sammy, live in constant fear of these creatures. They can only go out during the day. By night, he stays in his home, which is barricaded by steel doors (later we find out by UV Ray lights and explosives) and he covers his tracks with vinegar.
Overall, the movie had great sound effects, camera angles, and action sequences. However, it was the genre that turned me away. While it was a science fiction film, it was also a horror and post apocalyptic film. I've never liked those kind of movies.
