You know I am writing a novel I hope it gets published. It is about this girl named Nami that is worried that something bad will happen. But of course there is someone there for her who really cares about her. His name is Ian.
That is what the novel is about. The title is called The Red Basket. So I guess you could say that it is a mystery and romance. heart What I have so far isn't much.
I only wrote about 6 pages so far.

The Red Basket
Nami only lives with her mom in a two bedroom house. And they harvest berries every year. Nami's mother told her that she would harvest berries when she was young too. Every year they use a red basket to harvest the berries. Her mother said that the basket turned red when someone or something smooshed all the berries. Mom tried to wash it off, but it didn't come off. I asked mother why she kept it all these years. All she answered was that it kept memories, powerful memories.
Nami believes that this years harvesting will change her life. So she gets worried. The three people to protect her is her mom and her two friends. Muffy and Ian.
Ian cares for Nami a lot.
