Electric Mixer Pie Crust
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup COLD water
Directions:
1. Combine flour and salt in mixer bowl
2. Add shortening
3. Beat at low speed with electric mixer till pieces are size of small peas
4. Add water
5. Beat at low speed just ‘til a dough begins to form
6. Form dough into ball using your hands
7. Divide into sections
8. Roll out each section two inches bigger than an inverted pie pan.
9. Fill with desired filling and bake according to instructions on a can of filling.
