Hey

Just posting the first EVER post in this journal. I hope I get to post in it regularly... really!

Today was a stinker. And I mean really, really hot in the arvo. But still cloudy. Somehow. And I had a paper-round to complete. burning_eyes

Before I set of with my papers, I watched cricket for as long as I could. (Note: India vs. Australia, 1st Day, 2nd Test, SCG). But it din't last for as long as I'd hoped. Unfortunately. Really.

Depressingly, the reason was school. Or more, school accesories (books, pencils, rulers) and shoes. We have to get them early (apparently), so we can beat the last second rush. I'm just glad it's over. But not glad that I missed the cricket.

What a day for the Aussies. When I returned home, Brad Hogg and Andy Simonds where in, 6/160. Shocking. India had positively crushed Australia's positivity.

But not for long. Hogg and Simmos smashed fours by the over, gaining a more positive score of 340. Hogg unfortunately got out on 80, on his first Test half century. Simmos ended up with over 130 N/O, him and Hoggy getting the record for the 7th wicket batsmen top score, thrashing 110 and getting a patnership of over 170. What a day.

At stumps for the day Simmos and Brett Lee walked off N/O, and should continue tommorow, and hopefully gain a steady 400. 7/350 (approx.) at stumps on day one. Not bad at all in the end.

Well, I finished my papers as fast as I could and then finished of the day with Gaia. Hehe, anyway thats all for now. Remind me to put in a cricket dictionary sometime for all you Americans reading.

Seeya,
