Sunday, January 06:
Ever had a day that everything- and I mean everything- seems to go wrong? Sure, let's say, like me, you've had a wonderful week. Nothing seems out of the ordinary, right? All of a sudden it seems that God or the Seraphim beings themselves scowl down upon your little world, fragile enough already from the trials and tribulations of dealing with society and whatnot.
That's what today seemed.
I won't digest much of it- it's painful enough musing over everything that's happened in the previous hours of my waking walk through this nightmare.
Yeah, that seems melodramatic. In all honestly I've dealt with so many of these horrible days that I shouldn't be surprised with them. In fact, should I even be writing this down? Who knows. I'm just tired of everything.
So I went over Julia's (not my manager but my half brother's current girlfriend) house. She and her wily cat Oscar have moved out to Idaho. Bill, my half brother, will follow suit as soon as her house is sold. Right now he's staying there in an attempt to fix the place up. The fine art of "cocking the two cracks in the wall foundations" took place today. Quite fun, I assure you.
Julia has a massive collection of books. That said, she invited me over (even though she, herself, wouldn't be around in person) to scan through her numerous titles and pick as many of the novels as I wanted. I'm an avid reader, as my friends know, and an opportunity like this to immerse myself in brand new titles and further expand my gamut of reading always excites me. She wanted me to take as many as I could since she, herself, couldn't take the large sum with her. Julia, might I add, has quite a fantastic taste in literature- she gave me her copy of The Lovely Bones to read whilst in the Hospital, and I just recently finished it. Quite an enjoyable romp; if you're looking for a good book, that's one to pick up for sure.
I created quite a dent in her sum total of books left behind, I'm safe to say. I just started reading on now, highly recommended by Bill. Anyone heard of Hunter S. Thompson? That's the guy who wrote Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Well, I didn't get that (she didn't have that one; I did, though, take a biography of the author written by a Mr. Perry). I did manage to obtain the recommended copy of Hell's Angels. So far it's pretty interesting. The author is wonderful- sarcastic with a bit of dry humor.
It's not "bat country", but it'll do to perk me up a tad.
I'm off to write some of my book. Let's hope this slump of depression goes away. I just shrugged it off a while ago, and I'll be damned if it returns again! I'm beginning to loath Prednisone and it's side effects more and more these days.
heart Peace out, ya'll! heart

The long forgotten lore of my life
When I feel like it I'll update with my thoughts, views, nonsensical ramblings or events. Just another look into my chaotic enough life. I never know what's going to happen.
