I got up at like 7:30 am. We couldn't find my cleats so we went to the store and bought some new shiny ones. Softball try outs were not cancelled after all.
I had to go early cause my dad had to be there. I was soo bored. I saw Lindsey (sp?) and she was all, LAUREN!!! And gave me a hug. Unfair, she got hot chocolate. T-T I was playing catch with her and so was Hannah and some other people I forgot. Hannah kept singing this song from the movie, Juno. It sometimes distracted her from catching the ball xD Since they're in 12 and under teams they all had to go try-out on the feild so I had to sit and watch. Then Gabby came and I was happier. Her baby sister is sooooo cute whee I also saw some guy from my school. I think it was the guy who called Tiffany a man xD. Then later other people came like Bre, Amy, Shelby, Melissa and others. I played catch with Shelby and Melissa.
Then our try-outs started. Since my freakin' last name starts with an A I was 2nd in everything. The first thing was grounders and first base. I think I did OK. Then we batted. I batted first. I did better. After that we did pop ups and Joe hit them in the air. He was hitting them really bad at first to me but I guess he got better. I caught a lot of them 3nodding After that try-outs were over. I went home.
