Maybe I'm not expecting you to say them, but you're definitely thinking them! lol
Really I made this so I wouldn't have to go digging through the internet or the Xiaolin Showdown Guild every time I needed to look one up.
And it's kinda frustrating that some of the "Tools of the Gods" don't even have a clear purpose.

Mantis Flip Coin - Allows user to do high jumps and flips.
Two-Ton Tunic - Heavy and can block all sorts of attacks.
Eye of Dashi - Releases bolts of electricity.
Third-Arm Sash - Just like having an extendable third arm around your waist.
Fist of Tebigong - A hard gauntlet type thing, blocks and attacks.
Jetbootsu - Allows user to defy gravity.
Monkey Staff - Gives user the balance, agility, and added physical strength of a monkey, but at the cost of a monkey's mind.
Tangle Web Comb - Binds opponent in a wrap which comes out of the combs teeth.
Golden Tiger Claws - Transport to anywhere user desires.
Changing Chopsticks - Shrinks things to a minimum of the size of a grain of rice.
Sword of the Storm - A sword which gives user control over wind (mostly used for making small whirlwinds). Note: Cannot be used as a regular sword.
Shroud of Shadows - Invisibility cloak.
Helmet of Jong - Gives user eyes on the back of their head.
Ring of the Nine Dragons - Allows user to spit themself up to nine times, at the cost of splitting his or her personality traits and abilities.
Falcon's Eye - User can see through things.
Sapphire Dragon - A last resort Shen Gong Wu. Will turn anyone/any living thing near it into a sapphire slave, including the user. Cover with soot to reverse effects.
Serpent's Tail - Turns user ghostly. User can pass through solid objects, and has some ability to fly.
Orb of Tornami - Unleashes an unlimited amount of water.
Star Hanabi - Shoots fireballs. Note: Hanabi is the Japanese word for "firework."
Lotus Twister - Makes user all rubbery and stretchy.
Long-Gi Kite - Lets user fly with dragon wings.
Tongue of Saiping - User can talk to animals, insects, and any other manner of living creatures.
Sun Chi Lantern - Combines the chi of everyone in the light. Makes user get their strength.
Heart of Jong - Gives life to inanimate objects (including other Shen Gong Wu).
Reversing Mirror - Used to reverse effects of other Shen Gong Wu and reflect long range attacks. Note: May be able to reflect some short-range ones, as well, such as a punch from the Fist of Tebigong.
Shard of Lightning - Makes user move at the speed of light, but only for short flashes of time.
Silver Manta Ray - A transportation Wu. Is basically a manta ray-shaped jet.
Crystal Glasses - User can see into the future.
Wushu Helmet - It can deflect anything that hits it.
Wings of Tinabi - Let's user fly. This needs good concentration to use.
Glove of Jisaku - Basically, a mystical magnet. Mostly used for attracting other Shen Gong Wu, but can also attract anything the user wants it to.
Thorn of Thunderbolt - Shoots blasts of thunderbolts.
Tunnel Armadillo - An underground transportation device, shaped like an armadillo.
Ju-Ju Flytrap - Shoots stinging flies at opponent.
Silk Spitter - Shoots sticky webs.
Sands of Time - Allows time travel.
Sweet Baby Among Us - Transforms into a huge, golden baby, and has the ability to shoot diapers.
Ruby of Ramses - Moves objects at users will.
Mind Reader Conch - User can hear other's thoughts when Wu is placed near the ear.
Shadow of Fear - Gives user access into opponents' minds while they sleep, making their worst fear real. Can also be used while opponent is awake, dragging their worst fear out of their subconscious and into the real world.
Crouching Cougar - A jungle transportation Wu. Has appearance of a large cougar with a saddle on its back.
Lasso Boa Boa - A magical lasso that is shaped like a snake. (I honestly don't know anything other than that. What does it do?)
Monsoon Sandals - Stretches user's legs, and anyone that is touching the user or touching someone who is touching the user.
Mosaic Scale - Sister Wu to the Monarch Wings. Used to contain an evil earwig named Sabeeny. Other than this, I have no idea what its purpose could be.
Monarch Wings - Sister Wu to the Mosaic Scale. Gives Sabeeny power to live without a host. Other possible uses are up for debate.
Lunar Locket - Moves the moon around.
Emperor Scorpion - Gives user control of all Shen Gong Wu, including the ones with their own will.
Sphere of Yun - Traps opponent in a sphere and gives user control of their possessions. Example: Jack traps Chase, and now has control over the jungle cat warriors.
Gills of Hamachi - Let's user breath underwater. Also gives user a green, fish-like appearance, complete with webbed hands and feet.
Black Beetle - Completely heat-resistant.
Zing Zom-Bone - Turns whomever the user wishes into a zombie, and gives control of the zombies to the user, as well.
Fountain of Hui - Contains all the knowledge in the universe, but without it's sister Wu, the Eagle Scope, will only give user a headache with random information.
Eagle Scope - Works like a telescope. When combined with the Fountain of Hui, will allow user to search for the information that he/she desires. Note: Was once used to give a T-Rex intelligence and caused it to turn on the one who had brought it back to life. What power it has that caused this is debatable.
Moonstone Locust - It releases a swarm of stone locusts.
Shen-Ga-Roo - Like a kangaroo transportation.
Wushu Geyser - Erases opponent's memory.
Woozy Shooter - Gives off a purple haze which makes opponent goofy.
Manchurian Musca - Turns user into a fly. Possible uses includes spying. Gives user an urge to devour sugar any time he/she sees it.
Golden Finger - Freezes time, temporarily.
Hoduku Mouse - Undoes user's mistakes, but was lost thanks to Jack Spicer.
Yin Yo-Yo - Creates a portal to the Yin-Yang world. If user leaves the Yin-Yang World without both the Yin Yo-Yo and the Yang Yo-Yo, their predominant half of their chi is left behind. Example: A normally good person (such as Omi) would turn evil, and a normally evil person (such as Wuya) would turn good.
Yang Yo-Yo - (see Yin Yo-Yo)
Moby Morpher - Allows user to change into anyone or anything he/she desires.
Rio Reverso - Makes things go back to their original form. Example: Oil to dinosaur.
Fancy Feet - User can go faster than anyone else.
Shadow Slicer - Creates a hologram of user.
Kuzusu Atom - Vapourises anything.
Denshi Bunny - Turns user into electricity.
Ants in the Pants - Shoots ants out and makes opponent itchy.
Cannon Blaster - Turns user into a cannon ball.
Mikado Arm - Gives user great upper body strength.
Longhorn Taurus - Earth's elemental Shen Gong Wu, used with the Wudai weapon Big Bang Meteorang.
Crest of the Condor - Wind's elemental Shen Gong Wu, used with the Blade of the Nebula.
Cat's Eye Draco - Fire's elemental Shen Gong Wu, used with the Arrow Sparrows
Kaijin Charm - Water's elemental Shen Gong Wu, used with the Shimo Staff.
((The following Shen Gong Wu were never mentioned in the series, but do show up in the trading card game, and one makes an appearence in the video game, so they are still official.))
Black Hole Bag - It looks like a bag made out of the Shroud of shadows. It can hold an infinite amount of stuff inside. Activate by saying "Black Hole Bag" Say it again to deactivate. Call for a certain item to remove it from the bag.
The Ring of Ray - It's power is to send out a huge light making the opponent to be blinded for some seconds. The Reversing Mirror, The Shard of Lightning and The Mantis Flip Coin or anything else that can dodge it will be negated.
Stone of Golla - It creates a subsitution of the user for a limit time. Its second ability is to make a subsitution but you are one for a limit time. But, if you die, you return where you were.
The Dragon's Play Thing - It can turn its victim into a toy version of themself.
Sea of Smog - A golden round tube attached with glowing gold rings and a red gem in the middle. It allows the user to turn into smog.
Supa Slamma Hamma - Capable of causing tremors in the earth, when activated, it's length is extended by a foot.
Mine is Animal Transformus - A dagger that can change you or your enemies into animals.
Unicorns Horn - Heals any cut or wound.
Cat's Ear - Allows the user to have super hearing. When combined with the Falcon's eye, all senses are tripled.
Preying Monster- This Sheng Gong Wu turns its user into a preying mantis-like creature.
Rainbow Star- This strange Shen Gong Wu causes things to be rainbow colored. A possible use of this Shen Gong Wu would be to make invisible things, such as someone using the Shroud of Shadows, visible (if the Shroud of Shadows is rainbow-colored, you still cannot be seen; however, the rainbow-colored Shroud will be noticed easily).
Thorn of Tectonic- This powerful Shen Gong Wu turns your enemy's Earth Shen Gong Wu to your advantages. It has the same shape as the Thorn of Thunderbolt, and may actually be a misprint of the Thorn of Thunderbolt. However, the two Shen Gong Wu have different effects (control of earth vs. lightning).
Bear Baton- A brown baton Shen Gong Wu that allows the user to transform into a bear.
Bullhorn Blazer- A small pair of bullhorns, this Shen Gong Wu has the ability to transform into a raging bull, capable of attacking or scaring enemies.
The Horde of Haiku- A scanner-like Sheng Gong Wu that can translate any language or symbol.
Imo Gazer- A telescope-like Shen Gong Wu that allows the viewer to put anyone seen through it into a deep sleep.
Indigo Pyramid- A blue and gold pyramid-shaped Shen Gong Wu that allows its user to change an opponent's mind.
**According to the text on the card, when it is combined with the Reversing Mirror, "it changes the user's mind instead!"
The Komori Sword- A sword Shen Gong Wu that lets its user hang upside down like a bat and fight well in darkness.
Mask of Rio- A mask Shen Gong Wu from the Wudai Warriors expansion. The Mask of Rio helps its user blend in with their surroundings by changing the color of the skin to become the color the mask senses around the user, much like how chameleons blend in. However, the Shen Gong Wu is a perfect match, allowing the user to blend in without technically becoming invisible.
Pearl of LiBai- The Pearl of LiBai makes its user's enemies babble poetry nonstop.
**Li Bai is the name of a Chinese poet.
Polar Paws - A white glove Shen Gong Wu, the Polar Paws turns its user into a polar bear that has the ability to withstand extremely cold temperatures.
Da Hippa Hoppa- This Shen Gong Wu turns all of its user's speech into rhymes, which possibly could be used to confuse your opponent. Another possible use comes from the fact that one who speaks in rhymes is quite confusing, and will be unable to let others know of certain facts, such as secrets and the plans of their enemies.
Danger Sneakers- A Shen Gong Wu that warns its user of impending danger. Although if it warns the user physically or mentally is unknown. Also the radius of the sensing danger of the Sneakers is unknown as well.
Neptune Helmet- A full-face helmet Shen Gong Wu (like the Helmet of Jong, Wushu Helmet, and Mask of Rio) which, when activated, will manipulate the air around the user to create a tiny hurricane. The created hurricane will move around with the helmet being inside the hurricane's eye.
Cube of Haniku- The Cube of Haniku creates ironic situations for one's opponents. This could be similar to the Puzzle Box Wuya was trapped in; since she had ultimate power, the ultimate irony would be that she had no powers whatsoever. As seen when she has her body, she is also incredibly strong, and so having no body would strip his or her strengths.
Ninja Sash - The Ninja Sash is a golden sash with a red pendant in the middle. Once activated, it gives the user a duplicate of him/herself. Strange Wu as it has a similar ability to both the Ring of the Nine Dragons and the Shadow Slicer.
Culver Crystal- This amulet has the appearance of a white crystal inside a clear globe. It creates a glittering sphere of light to distract one's enemies or light dark areas.
Fifi-Xiaogo- This Shen Gong Wu transforms into a dog-shaped camper.
Genie Moo- This Shen Gong Wu looks like a golden cow sitting on a pedastal with a taijitu pendant around its neck. It allows the holder to bring the yin or yang personality out of the target, without knowing which side will come out.
