Today I went into town and shopped. It was nice to get out of the house, even though it was a bit muddy on the road. I think I'm going to have to give my cat a bath---he sure won't like that! Luckily, the skirt I purchased stayed dry on the way back in it's plastic bag. My shoes, like the cat, are a mess! I should invest in some boots. I really can't wait to take a shower and snuggle into my bed for some reading with the cat on my lap.
