Yay! I'm finally starting a journal. I'm not too good at keeping up with these things, but let's see how it goes.
Justin and I will be sharing our 2-year anniversary on February 15th! ^_^ (Yes, I know, the day after Valentine's Day. sweatdrop It's a bit like having your birthday on christmas, I guess... ) I'm very excited. It doesn't feel like it's been two years already.
What's funny is that sometimes it feels like it's been longer, and sometimes it feels like it's been shorter. How long ago was it that we were just friends? I think it's amazing that the man I love more than anything in this world (well, other than Peter Pan... heart heart ) started off as no more than a friend, and before that, an acquaintance. I mean, I think of that in terms of friends, too. You really have to stop and think about how everything worked out the way it did in order for you to get to where you are now, and how your relationship with that person evolved into what it is. It's truly amazing.
I also think it's amazing how much I love him... I never thought of myself as the type of person that could find it within myself to love anyone in this way. I always thought that I was destined for no one, that I was too untrusting and too much of a loner (not to mention, waaaaayy too picky,) to ever want to be with someone for the rest of my life. But it's happened, it's happening, and it will have been two years since we admitted our awkward feelings for each other on the 15th. whee
I still can't believe we've never had a real fight. o__O Not that I'm complaining. I never start fights, and he doesn't either. Neither of us are the fighting type. At least, not with people we love. *wink* Works out perfectly. ^.^
Well, this truly is a blog worthy of Valentine's Day, isn't it? Hope it got you all in the mood! Dun worry, my other blogs won't be quite so... Mushy. xd
