It's so nice on the inside. Almost everything has been redone in the last year or so, and they're only asking for $94,900!! We walked in, saw how nice it looked on the outside, and when we stepped in, it was like we'd stepped into our own house!! Big living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms... but we will have to convert one of the bedrooms upstairs into a bathroom because the one down stairs is really tiny and we're gonna have three people living there.
We're going to the bank tomorrow to see about loan options, Tuesday, we're going to look for washers and dryers, and I think we might try to get our parents to look at the house soon along with our possible tenant, Danielle!
