Recently, Chamber Singers has been stressing me out because I have literally no time to practice the songs and the director is a b***h... So I told myself that after this concert, which is done today, I'd go up to Eby and quit.
Then Paul, a member of Chamber Singers, confronted me and asked me about me possibly leaving after the Valentine's concert. I told him my reasons, but he, along with my boyfriend, convinced me to stay. Robert said that I love to perform (which is true and is reflected on my stage appearance) so I should stick it out until we move out and I can find another choir to join.
Valentine's Day was Thursday, but it wasn't all about love this year for us. Robert and I had to attend a funeral that day. The son of his favorite teacher died from meningitis over last weekend and he wanted to go to be there for her. He was only 22.
