Personality: He's calm 90% of the time, only losing his cool if it's a dire situation. He doesn't display a lot of deep emotion, even though it is there. Holds friends dearly.
Bio: Kirisame was born in the Taikai family in Waterfall. The clan itself was one that wasn't very known of. It didn't have a bloodline limit, and the few members that decided to become ninjas weren't very talented ones, being mediocre for the most part. When Kirisame was born, this all changed. He is renown as a genius among his age group in Waterfall. At the age of 9, he graduated from the academy, and become one of the youngest genin in the village. He claimed mastery over a fair amount of higher class water jutsu in a short time. At age 9, through a training exercise dealt to him by his Jounin leader, Kirisame discovered his 2nd chakra element, electricity. Over the years he learned jutsu of both of his manipulations until he began to learned how to successfully combine them together to make critically strong techniques. Upon becoming a chuunin at age thirteen, instead of continuing functioning under a Jounin team, he along with 2 other talented ninjas were chosen to work under the Leader of Waterfall Village. Although it's been a year since the attack on Konaha resulting in Tsunade's death, the border control between Waterfall and Konaha continues to be strict. To provide support and improve relations with the Leaf, the Waterfall Kage sends Kirisame to Konaha.

Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon missile)
Manipulates water into the shape of a large dragon, which is then sent at the oppenent. Takika can manipulate the jutsu for the dragon to have up to three heads.
Mizu Bunshin (Water Clone)
Makes a clone of himself out of water to assist him in battle.
Suiton: Hahonryu (Destructive Water Torrent)
Gathers a large amount of water in the palm of his hand, then compresses it into a small size to all be unleashed at one time. Both a long and short-range technique.
Suiton: Mizu Myaku (Pulsating Water)
Delivers a quick blow of water to the opponent. Truly a devastating technique if the target is underwater as the attack can be performed from all directions.
Suiton: Dai Mizu Myaku (Great Pulsating Water)
A much larger version of the original Water Pulse technique.
Suiton: Koi No Mizu no Jutsu (Dense Water technique)
A newer technique mastered by Kirisame. Placing his hands on the surface of a body of water, with his chakra he can manipulate it so a small portion of it is extremely heavy. It is used to tire a swimming opponent out, or at the cost of more chakra, power up his other water techniques.
Raiton: Togatta Sekisho (Lightning Element:Sharp Barrier)
A Simple barrier made of electricity. Delivers a volt if touched, but is mainly used as a defense.
Raiton: Nagashi (Lightning Current)
Pulsating electricity from his hands, Kirisame can send a current of electricity along a surface to reach his oppenent.
YuuKaiton: Hibana no Nami no Jutsu (Fusion: Sparking Wave Technique)
Tekika's strongest technique. He concentrates to successfully clash lighting and water elements together, creating a wall of water with electricity free flowing on the inside, he then proceeds to guide it to his opponent. Using movements of his arms, he's able to shift the direction the attack is coming, making it extremely hard to avoid. Electric's conduction over water is what makes the attack so powerful.

Raihira: (Lightning Palm)
A forceful palm movement concentrated with electricity. Both deals damage, while stunning the enemy.
Kirisame uses standard taijutsu techniques, sometimes, if chakra allows, he can charge certain ones with electricity to deal extra damage.

When traveling, he carries a large tank of water on his back, in the case of there are no bodies of water around if he were to get into a fight.
