The encounter
Feeling depressed and disheartened, Jujuki sauntered his way back to his room. No matter what, he was always treated like a child. Not his age, but a CHILD child. He sighed, crossing his arms in a huff. He had the mental capacity of an adult...but...For some reason, maybe it was the eye patch, everyone treated him like an annoyance.
At that moment, he ran into a figure....The fabric was soft, but was stained with various patches of blood. Beside him, he could see a hand...twitching. He went pale, staggering back. It was Rose. He was glaring down at Jujuki, as beautiful as the man was, he was a horrifying man.
"Ah...Rose..." He murmured, putting a hand against the wall behind him. Rose smiled, very frightening...Jujuki feared for his life, actually.
"Hello brat." Rose hissed out, a very malicious tone to his voice. He was holding his board in his hand. A fine piece of mahogany, with old rusty nails blood coated and sharp. "how nice of you to run into me."
Jujuki glared, "What a stupid pun, old man." He put his hands on his hips, but winced as Rose took a step foreward. Fear shot through him like an ice pack to the neck. "W-well, whatever. Goodbye now." he turned to leave, ready to dash off, when his hair was grabbed. He let out a small yelp, grabbing at his scalp in pain. Rose laughed. A sadistic, murderous laugh. "What's wrong? Am I no longer funny?" He took a hold of Jujuki's arm, twisting it painfully behind the smaller's body, and pushing; putting the mouse's arm to it's limit. He let out a cry, trying to get out of the hold, but Rose was known to be a strong man...he didn't know how he was going to get out of this predicament...
Mustering all his strength (and courage), he kicked backwards, his small heel coming into contact with Rose's stomach. He flinched, and Jujuki was able to pull himself free for a few seconds. But he'd made the terror mad. He simply took hold of Jujuki's arm once more, grasping his wrist with one hand, and his elbow with another, and snapped the boy's poor arm.
Jujuki went through mild shock as he heard the crack. He let out a cry, falling to his knees as he looked at his limp arm. The bone hadn't broken the skin, but it looked completely out of proportion, and revolting. The young one hissed, getting angry, and managed to scratch Rose's face.
Rose let out an angry yell, raising his board. He swung it down with such force, that when it swung down and hit the floor (just missing Jujuki's nose) it cracked the wood a few centimeters. Jujuki put a hand to his mouth, looking up fearfully up at the evil man. Rose chuckled, and went to swing down, but he was stopped, for the board was now out of his hand.
Mitch stood in a protective stance in front of his soon-to-be spouse. He smiled a bit, looking back at Jujuki, "Sorry. I wasn't treating you right." he turned back to rose, putting his hands in his coat pocket. "Give up Rose. you don't have a chance right now. Just leave."
Rose, however, was not one to give up quickly. He laughed, stepping back, "I think not." His slender hand came up in a fist, and before Jujuki could blink, the two were fighting.
Mitch was small and quick, so he got in a lot of hits, but when Rose managed to make contact, the blue-haired-boy would go sailing back, sliding into the wall. Being productive though, Jujuki would jump in, smacking Rose across the face. While Rose was distracted with Jujuki, Mitch jumped back in, using a martial arts form of fighting.
Eventually, Rose gave up, admitting that he was outnumbered, and scurried off, leaving the two in the hallway, bleeding but satisfied. Mitch was nursing a gash on his stomach, and Jujuki was watching, a little mesmerized. But Mitch frowned, looking at Jujuki, and putting a finger to the others' nose.
"don't you EVER scare me like that again."
Jujuki was surprised. Mitch had been...worried about him? he didn't think that it was possible...but...he was somehow happy. He leaned over putting his head on Mitch's shoulder, "Alright...I won't..."
Mitch was satisfied, and he smiled, "good then. Now to fix your arm..." He took a hold of the small one's arm very gently, wrapping it carefully, calming Jujuki down as he cried in pain. "Don't worry...I'm almost done...almost..." It took him another ten minutes, but eventually, Jujuki's arm was in a sling. Jujuki nodded his thanks, and Mitch leaned over, putting his lips against his fiancé's.
Jujuki went bright red, but he couldn't move due to the wall at his back. He raised his working arm to Mitch's cheek, with the mind to push the older away...but he couldn't...He let Mitch have him...for the moment that is. Mitch pulled back though, and ran his hands through Jujuki's hair. "There. All better..."
"Sure. In about three weeks or so."
"Six. Jujuki."
"..." Jujuki sighed, standing up, "well, c'mon. Lets go." He didn't want to hang around somewhere that Rose had been. He took Mitch's hand, and wandered off towards the library, where they could read in peace. He always found that the books in the room were soothing...he had nice conversations in there...
Mitch shrugged, going along with it. "whatever you want, Jujuki..." he murmured soothingly, only to get an elbow in the intestine. "ow!!! What was that for???"
"For pitying me. Stop it." jujuki hissed, but he turned the corner, and walked to the large library doors. "I don't want to be babied." He stated, opening the door.
"you could've just told me that..." Mitch replied, rubbing his stomach in pain. 'He's certainly one in a million...' Mitch thought with a grin, his tail flicking in happiness, 'one in a million.'
