I'm so happy, and no it doesn't deal with my last few journal entries. Infact, I'm not going to even touch on that crappy subject. But as I mentioned yesterday, today was my last day of detassling. It went well as I got paid time and a half today. Since, there was only two machines on site and four drivers. Two drivers had to pull tassels instead. I said I would so I got like 9.75 an hour today. Which isn't bad at all.
Well after work I went home and guess what? My uncle was at my house. I haven't mentioned this much, but I've been trying to get a hold of him for the last couple weeks. The car I drive is actually a friend of his. So I needed their ok to purchase new stickers for the license plate that just expired. Plus, I needed to find out if I was still covered on their insurance. Well I had thought I'd end up having to buy the stickers myself. Well, nope my uncle did for me! He then took me into town, to fill my tank. Change my oil, and pick up extra tools for my car. Plus a new set of keys. surprised
Then he bought me new pants! All my other pairs I either outgrew over a year ago, or they had massive holes in them. So what this means is, I'm finally going to be able to MOVE TO TENNESSEE!
Sweet Jesus I'm happy. I'm going to start gathering my things tommorow and see about leaving the beginning of the week or the middle. surprised
