Shopping TripToday I got up early this morning. I decided to do a little jogging at the local mall to get my lazy a** in shape in the off chance that I might get a girlfriend. Anyways, It was about 7:20 a.m. so all the stores were closed and the only people around were mostly old folks with a similar idea to mine. I did a few laps around the mall, had breakfast, and then left wondering where else to spend my day off from work.
I decided to go to the mall down in Freehold hoping that Zapp Comics had some imported Transformers or Gundam models there. they have been a bit of a disappointment as of late. The only things they had Transformer wise were the leftover Superlink figures, a few Energon figures, and the same Wheeljack, Shockwave, and Bumblebee statues I saw last time.
After looking around that mall for a little while, I left felling utterly disappointed. It's not often I walk out of Freehold Mall empty handed, but I had other things to consider buying this month. In the end, I got myself copy of the Collectors Edition of Steam Boy on DVD that was on sale plus $5 coupon off, and I watch Charlie and the Chocholate Factory. Not a bad day, just not a day for buying Transformers. Maybe next time when I'm off from work.
