today with her in my arms time seemed to slow down, my mind slowly drifted off into her eyes as her eyes turned bright silver, i leaned in for one swift kiss, and then watched her walk away.. o how i wish those moments never had to end.

The sun shown bright through a crack in the window. Kenn slowly sat up his hair all scruffled. He slowly brushed his hair down and put on a clean pair of pants and a new collar and slowly drooped down the stairwell. The tavern was lit with smiling faces but one inpreticular stood out most off all. "Kenny cat what took you so long" demanded the girl with a worried tone. "Im sorry Kairi, you know its been so long since we have stopped at a tavern ive missed real beds so much" Kenn said quietly during a yawn. Kairi was my best friend, who I loved. I knew that she belonged to an archer with short blonde hair who was tall and built. What would she want with a puny necromancer like me? Kairi nudged my arm, taking my hand and pulling me out the door where she sweet said in a tone with singing like qualities "Come on its been soo long since weve been in a town, lets look through the market" I grabbed my staff and followed the beautiful rogue out the tavern wishing i could say she was mine.
