A girl of the age 15 was roaming the halls of her school. She was humming to herself while touching the lockers of her fellow students. A boy around the age of 15 was panting trying to not get another tardy for his gym class. He heard a noise coming from a locker and his curiosity had him change directions to go see what the noise was. When he arrived there, he saw a girl that had collapsed. He panicked and carried her to the nurses office. He waited with her while she lay unconscious for about 20 minutes straight. She finally awoke. She had beautiful light brown brown hair with sparkling blue green eyes. She asked what had happened to her and the boy applied, "I found you unconscious lying by some lockers, are you okay now?" She stared at his light gray eyes and smiled.
"Umm.. I think I'm okay now, thanks. Sorry about that, I have a fainting problem that even the doctors can't diagnose. It happens once in a while, I just stop and faint. It's quite weird actually." She smiled shyly. "I'm Meg, by the way," she said. The boy smiled and introduced himself. "I'm Kai." Meg looked at him and asked if he had any siblings. His expression changed as he explained everything. "I had a sister, Loretta, but she was kidnapped last year." Meg's eyes widened and asked him to explain the person who had kidnapped his sister. "Well he was disguised but I did notice a tattoo on his arm with a red dragon." Meg's eyes widened ever more. She jumped out of bed and stretched. "Yeah... my brother was killed in front of my eyes. My dad died in a car accident and my mom died of a a heart attack. I live alone." Kai looked at her with an understanding face. "Sorry." She shook her head and told him it wasn't his fault. Kai just noticed how he had shared his life story with her, and he thought it was quite strange since he had just met her. There was something about her though... something that made him feel like he's known her for years. She assured him that she was okay and left.
It was 8:00pm and Meg was on her cellphone. "Hey, it's Meg." You could hear a girl on the other line. "Oh hey Meg, how's it going?" Meg was looking outside of her window as she heard a dog howling in the distance. "I think I found someone else who was killed by him." She paused. "He's different and determined, he's nice too." The girl on the other line sighed and said. "Pick him up and fill him in." Meg smiled and said okay. They hung up.
"Hey Kai," Meg said waving, "I have a proposition for you. How about you join me in finding your sister. I think I have a lead." Kai's face lit up and couldn't say yes fast enough. "Good." Meg said. "Hop in, I have someone to introduce you to and then I'll fill you in on everything."
