ok this is somthing that i never thought i would do and or complete i parisipated an my schools GSA (Gay Straight Alliance) day of silence on 4/17/08 i couldnt talk text or have any form of conversation with anyone i had to stay compleatly quiet and if someone tryed to talk to me i had to hand them a card that said
"Please understand my reason for not speaking today. I am participating in the Day of silence, a national youth movement protesting the silence faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people and their allies in schools. My deliberate silence echoes that silence, witch is caused by harassment, prejudice, and discrimination. I believe that ending that silenceis the first step toward fighting these injustices. Think about the voices you are not hearing today. What are you going to do to end the silence?"
doin the day of silence doesnt meen im gay and y should it matter if u ask i am verry proud of myself for doing the day of silence and i only talked twise i said "hu" and "like ur fce" lol
