Username This is the name you wish displayed on the profile!!
Colors Colors you want used with the profile.
Images Links to images you want used in the profile. REMINDER! No copyrighted images without direct permission from the artist! You do not HAVE to have images, but if you do not provide them, then there will not be any.[LIMIT 3 Images]
Artists Name & Proof (Only applies with those using an image) I need you to provide me with the artists name so they may be credited in the profile as well as a copy or screen capture of a Private Message or email stating permission for you to use the artwork for this purpose. If providing a screenshot it must have the artists name clearly in the message. I WILL NOT start your profile until I have received permission from the artist!!

Please let me know what sort of information you want displayed in the section so I am sure to make it large enough for your needs!! Custom sections CAN NOT scroll! ] (You may choose UP TO FOUR and they cost 5,000 gold extra EACH!.)
Custom Profile Bar Yes/No (This is the Add/PM/Trade buttons. If you choose no you will get the Gaia default buttons above your avatar. -This is 3,000 gold EXTRA!!!)
Online-Offline Yes/No [Would you like your profile to have an online/offline button displayed?] (This is 1,000g EXTRA & only valid if you order a Custom Profile Bar)

Notes Please make sure you give me a explanation of things you like, don't like and want so I can tailor the profile to fit you!!! [Describe to me what you are looking for out of this profile. Is there something in particular your really want? Something you don't want? If you want things like flowers and hearts and happyness tell me that! If you want something dark and morbid tell me that too! Be specific!! You may even link to other profiles I have created if there is something in particular about that one that you want incorporated into yours. Trade is to be sent to IkataruProfiles as soon as the order form is posted! Make sure you label the trade and message as follows: "Custom Profile Order" (Page number would be nice also. )
