Machi needs money. Lots of money. But why? He doesn't want to speak of why. That's what you have to find out, with the power of evidence.
How to break:
Anybody can break the locks, at any time. You can present evidence, or statements he's made. Anything he's said can be used as a statement, the 'post history' button is your friend here. But, remember, he's pre-case, so nothing he said during 4-3 can be used. Well, it can, but it won't have that much of an impact, because he doesn't remember saying it.
