My friggin' back

Well my insurance has been cut off for a couple weeks so I can go to therapy my medicne will cost me around 3 350. I think I'm catching a break then total 360 scream . I'm still gonna do my exercise but I didn't get the tensunit so Tigers balm and heating pad gonk . It's ok I've been injured before and got myself back in shape it just takes a bit longer without a unit and therapist. I'll be cool.
