pumpkin kings request part 4
So i went back tot he castle,knowing that im in too deep already. i had to keep from being seen still. during the day i felt the pumpkin on my head aparently get bigger,and i felt an odd pinching on my head. later i looked in the mirror. i saw my reflection like always,but i made it disappear for the moment and what i saw horrified me. "AHHHH!!!!!!!" the roots of the pumpkin had boured into my head. it was attached to me now. I didnt care if he was there or not i went to the swamp anger swelling,bubbling in me. from my chest i felt the dark bubble boil. when i got to the swamp i saw he was there apparently relaxed,and smug looking. I screamed" what do u think i am,some kind of puppet,or guine pig?!?!" he smirked and looked at me,saying." no,id say...apprentice." i wasnt able to control my anger and screamed," apprentice my ***! ur just seeing what'll happen with these roots in my skull!" he simple looked displeased and said," u seem to think so little of me,but u dont realize that uve been chosen out of many possible candidates." my anger died down alittle. and i asked," for what exactly? what does my apprenticy entail?" he smiled and said," all in due time,all in due time. but since ur here,i need u to go and get the emerald orb. it can be found in the emerald forest" i agreed to this,knowing i had to do as he requested now.
