the pumpkin king's request part 9

i thought it odd that the sapphire orb didn't seem to have any adverse side effects. that is until i got thirsty. i started drinking alot of water,but my thirst was never quenched. it was ridiculouse,i was always getting thirstier and thirstier,and no matter what i could quell it. i went to the swamp and was keeping my self from flopping into the swamp water to try to drink what ever it was in there. jack looked at me amused and said," well,it would seem that's the last orb. i can't help u now." i was outraged by the horrible tricks he had done to me,and i screamed,raspy as my voice was," HOW DARE U, TRICK ME INTO THE HORRIBLE CURSE!!! UNDO IT OR PERISH!!!!" jack laughed to himself and said," think child,what destroyed the darkness? light. what destroyed the light? plant. what destroyed the plant? fire. and what destroyed the fire? water. so what will destroy water?..." i thought for a moment,and opened my mouth to answer,but he interrupted me and said," thats right,the moon. what controls the tides? the moon,so use urs to destroy this orb." i thought it was too simple,but then the moon began to glow,it shone on me and the orb disappeared,as did my thirst.
