Y'know, there's all these fanfics where Virgil Hawkins is referred to as "Static Shock", like that's his superhero name and "Static" is just a nick-superhero-name; but I've actually never heard the show refer to him as "Static Shock". Seems to me, the show's name is Static Shock, and the protagonist's name is Static. Just like ... uh ... just like, Code: Lyoko is the name of the show, and Lyoko is the name of the place. Yeah. That'sa good analogy!
Also, Ritchie Ricth Richie looks and reminds me a lot of Milo Thatch.
